Ajwain essential oil has a spicy, herbaceous aroma, it is well known in traditional medicine for it’s medicinal benefits. It can be used in aromatherapy to create a uplifting, energetic mood. Ajwain essential oil is made from Trachyspermum ammi, a plant with origins in Egypt, now produced mainly in Africa, South East Asia and the Middle East.
